TERMS & CONDITIONS

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional person(s) must be agreed separately.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

The booking period starts at 15:00 on the day of check-in. Booking ends at 11:00 on the check-out day, by which time the apartment must be vacated and the keys returned in accordance with the instructions.

Linen and towels according to the number of participants indicated at the time of booking are included in the rental price unless otherwise agreed. Final cleaning is included in the rental price, except for washing up and taking the rubbish to the association's recycling point.

The building is silent from 22:00 to 07:00. Parties and events during which the number of persons in the apartment exceeds the number of people staying in the apartment are prohibited.

In the event of non-compliance with the above conditions, the accommodation provider is entitled to charge the tenant the full amount of the additional costs incurred.

Booking

The reservation fee is 50% of the rental price. The booking fee is payable within 48 hours of the booking by bank transfer or mobilepay to the accommodation provider. The remaining 50% of the rental price is payable 14 days before the start of the stay by bank transfer or mobilepay to the host. The accommodation provider has the right to cancel the booking without refund if no payment is made by the above deadlines.

The accommodation provider is a private individual and the rental price does not therefore include VAT.

Cancellations

The cancellation date is the date on which the accommodation provider is informed of the cancellation.

It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that the cancellation is sent in good time.

In case of cancellation by the guest,

If the guest cancels his/her reservation 60 days or more before the start of the stay, 100% of the rental price paid will be refunded.

If the reservation is less than 60 days but at least 14 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the rental price (reservation fee) will be charged.

for bookings of less than 7 days, the full rental price will be charged.

Right of cancellation by the accommodation provider

In case of force majeure, the accommodation provider may cancel the rental contract. The client who has rented the property will be informed of the cancellation without delay. The customer is then entitled to a full refund of the rent paid. Any indirect costs incurred by the client as a result of the termination of the rental agreement due to force majeure will not be reimbursed.
